2. Our Products

All products sold are 100% authentic Nuage Privé fragrances.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors, packaging, or bottle design may vary slightly.

3. Our Contract With You

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. For bulk orders a contract is formed.

We may refuse or cancel orders if:

• Product is out of stock
• There is a pricing or description error
• Payment issues occur
• Billing details do not match payment method
• Delivery is not possible to the provided address

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses (please confirm if applicable).

3.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in AED
• Prices exclude VAT
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout

Accepted payment methods:

• Mastercard

Cash on Delivery not available.

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
