Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. However, we do accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly exchange it regardless of whether it’s been opened.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES BEFORE PURCHASING?
