Yes, absolutely! We guarantee 100% authentic products. All our perfumes are sourced directly from authorized distributors and come with authenticity certificates. We stand behind our products with a money-back guarantee if you receive anything that isn’t genuine.
HOW LONG DO YOUR PERFUMES LAST?
Our luxury perfumes typically last 6-10 hours on the skin, depending on the fragrance concentration and your skin type. Éclat De Poire offers 8-10 hours of longevity, while Réglisse Fumée provides 8-12 hours due to its rich base notes. For best results, apply to pulse points on clean, moisturized skin.
CAN I RETURN AN OPENED PERFUME?
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. However, we do accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly exchange it regardless of whether it’s been opened.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES BEFORE PURCHASING?
Yes! We offer 2ml sample vials for 25 AED each, which is deducted from your full-size purchase if you buy within 30 days. You can also visit our store at Oasis Mall Dubai for in-person testing. We believe you should love your fragrance before committing to a full bottle.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PERFUME?
